    I live a low-carb, tennis-playing lifestyle. Unfortunately, I don’t do a good job of drinking water nor taking supplements.     This is an awesome product that I use even though I don’t have kidney stones. While they’re great for those who do, they also have the hydration element that’s good for everyone. I drink them when I work out and feel they’re helping me without the extra sugars or calories that are in other sport drinks! I recommend them to anyone who’s even moderately active and I think the products extremely convenient.
