How should I take these?
KSPtabs are an over-the-counter supplement that can be found on our website, Amazon, and local pharmacies in Austin. Add a KSPtab to a 12-16 ounce glass of water or your favorite beverage and wait for it to dissolve. The amount of water you use all depends on how strong you want the flavor to be.
