Refund policy

Returns. Unopened product can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used tubes can't be returned or refunded. If an order includes both used and unopened tubes, we refund only the unopened tubes. The customer pays return shipping.

All refunds must be approved. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be refunded. Refunds are issued after we approve the request and receive the returned product.

Damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement.

Trial Pack 100% Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your trial pack, email us within 30 days of delivery and, once we approve your request, we'll refund the product price of the trial pack. No need to send it back. Limit one trial pack per customer, on a first order only. Any other items in the same order are covered by the standard return terms above.

How to start a return. Email us at info@ksptabs.com or call (512) 553-5392 with your order number. We'll confirm approval before you ship anything back.

Refunds. Approved refunds cover the product price and are issued to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions. Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account.
